Asset Architects, 4796 Bellevue St, Detroit MI 48207, stands behind Quiz to Cash.

The short version

Do the 10 steps. If you don't have a written quiz by tomorrow night, you don't pay. Work through all 10 steps. If you finish them and still don't have a written quiz with scored buyer types, email hello@assetarchitects.io within 24 hours with what the steps gave you, and you'll get a full refund.

How to ask

Email hello@assetarchitects.io from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. There is no form to fill in.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.

Our promise

Do the 10 steps. If you don't have a written quiz by tomorrow night, you don't pay. Work through all 10 steps. If you finish them and still don't have a written quiz with scored buyer types, email hello@assetarchitects.io within 24 hours with what the steps gave you, and you'll get a full refund.

Questions about any of this? Email hello@assetarchitects.io and a person will answer.
